At NailAddictNailz, every order is packed with love and care so your nails arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
📦 Processing Time
- Ready To Ship (RTS) Sets & Products: Ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Custom Orders: Processing times vary depending on design complexity. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks for production before shipping.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Options
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
- We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally. 🌎
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, but please note this does not shorten the processing/production time for custom sets.
📍Order Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
- NailAddictNailz is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
✈️ International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance in your country.
⚠️ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once an order is handed to USPS/UPS, NailAddictNailz is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
- If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- We’re happy to help provide tracking info or documentation if needed.
💅 Hand-Painted & Custom Work
- Each set is handmade and unique. Slight variations may occur compared to product photos.
- Because of this, all sales are final (see our Refund Policy for more details).
