Custom Orders: All custom and made-to-order sets are final sale. Because they're created just for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check your sizes or order a sizing kit before purchasing.

Ready-to-Ship Sets: Returns or exchanges are only considered if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email nailaddictnailz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom press-ons, sizing kits, sale items, and gift cards.
