All custom and made-to-order press-ons are final sale.

Since these are created to your specific sizes and design preferences, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check your measurements or use our sizing kit before placing your order.

📦 Ready-to-Ship/Pre-Designed Sets

For ready-to-ship or pre-designed collections, returns or exchanges may be considered only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you expected, email us at nailaddictnailz@gmail.com within 7 days.

Please include:

Photos of the packaging + product

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you on a solution (replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case).
