How do I order a custom set? Simply add a custom listing to your cart, then provide your nail sizes and design details through email nailaddictnailz@gmail.com after purchase. Don’t forget to attach inspo pics if you have them — we love bringing your vision to life!
What info do I need to provide for customs? We’ll need your nail sizes (Thumb → Pinky) and your design details (colors, characters, finishes, shapes, lengths, etc.). Be as specific as you’d like, and let us know what to avoid too.
Can I make changes to my order after checkout? Minor edits may be possible within 24 hours of ordering — email us right away at nailaddictnailz@gmail.com. After production begins, changes cannot be made.
📏 Sizing
How do I know my sizes? You can measure using the tape-and-ruler method (check our How to Measure guide), or order a sizing kit for the most accurate results.
Do you offer a sizing kit? Yes! Our sizing kit makes it easy to find your perfect fit. We highly recommend this if it’s your first time ordering.
What happens if my press-ons don’t fit? Since customers are responsible for providing accurate sizes, we cannot refund or replace sets due to sizing issues. That’s why we recommend sizing kits to guarantee the best fit.

How do I apply my press-ons? Follow our 5-step guide: Wash, Prep, Apply, Avoid (water for 1 hr), and Slay ✨. You’ll also find a quick guide included in your order.
How long do they last?
With glue: 1–2+ weeks
With adhesive tabs: 3–7 days (reusable!)
Are the nails reusable? Yes! With sticky tabs, your set can be worn again and again. Just be gentle when removing.
How do I safely remove them? Soak in warm soapy water for 20 minutes, apply cuticle oil under the nail, and gently lift with a cuticle stick. Never force or pop them off — this helps protect your natural nails.

How long does it take to make my nails? Custom sets may take up to 4 weeks depending on demand, while ready-to-ship items go out faster.
Where do you ship? We ship across the U.S. and internationally! (Note: international orders may be subject to customs fees.)

Do you accept returns or exchanges? Custom sets are final sale. Ready-to-ship items may only be eligible if they arrive damaged.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund (case-by-case).
Are refunds available? Refunds are only offered if your order is damaged, defective, or lost in transit.

What are the nails made of? All of our press-ons are created usingNailzByDev professional products — from our gel polishes to builder bases and top coats. Each set is hand-painted, sealed with a durable finish, and made to give you salon-quality nails that slay from home. 💅✨
Do you offer different shapes and lengths? Yes! We carry a variety (such as short, medium, long, square, coffin, stiletto, etc.). Options may vary by collection.
How should I care for my nails to make them last longer? Avoid water and heavy lifting for at least 1 hour after application. Treat your nails gently — remember, they’re art, not tools! Using cuticle oil daily also helps keep them looking fresh.
