🛍️ Ordering
How do I order a custom set?
Purchase your custom listing, then email your nail sizes (in millimeters), inspiration photos, and design ideas to nailaddictnailz@gmail.com after checkout.
What should I include in my email?
Please send your nail sizes (thumb to pinky), inspiration photos, color preferences, and any details or special requests you'd like us to include.
Can I change my order?
If you need to make a change, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we're unable to make edits.
📏 Sizing
How do I find my sizes?
You can use our measuring guide or order a Nail Sizing Kit for the most accurate fit.
Do you sell sizing kits?
Yes! We highly recommend one if it's your first time ordering.
What if my nails don't fit?
Customers are responsible for submitting their nail sizes, so we aren't able to offer replacements or refunds for sizing issues. If you're unsure, we recommend purchasing a sizing kit first.
💅 Application
How long do they last?
• With nail glue: 1–2+ weeks
• With adhesive tabs: up to 3 days
Are they reusable?
Yes! If removed carefully, your press-ons can be worn again.
How do I remove them?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for about 20 minutes, apply cuticle oil underneath if needed, and gently lift the nail. Never force them off.

How long will my order take?
Custom sets can take up to 4 weeks, depending on order volume. Ready-to-ship sets ship much sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note international orders may be subject to customs fees.
Will I receive tracking?
Absolutely! Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Do you accept returns?
Because every custom set is made just for you, ALL orders are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to make it right.

Every set is hand-painted using professional NailzByDev products for a durable, salon-quality finish.
What shapes and lengths do you offer?
We offer a variety of shapes and lengths, including square, coffin, almond, stiletto, round, and more.
How can I make my nails last longer?
Avoid water for at least 1 hour after application, wear gloves for cleaning when possible, and remember—your nails are wearable art, not tools!
