At NailAddictNailz, each set is hand-crafted with love and care. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
❌ No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to hygiene and customization, press-on nails and nail products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please double-check your sizing and order details before completing checkout.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review and work with you to make it right.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once packages are handed off to USPS/UPS, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen shipments.
- If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
- We’re always here to help provide tracking information or documentation if needed.
💅 Custom & Ready-Made Sets
- Custom Orders: Non-refundable once production begins.
- Ready To Ship (RTS) Sets: All sales final. Please review sizing, product details, and photos carefully before purchasing.
